The Lions International Theme
for 2010 ~ 2011 is:
A BEACON OF HOPE!

Intl Pres Scruggs
Beacon
Sid L. Scruggs, of Vass, North Carolina, USA, was elected president of The International Association of Lions Clubs at the association's 93rd International Convention, held in Sydney, Australia, June 28-July 2, 2010. Read his bio.

Our 2010-2011 Presidential theme, A Beacon of Hope, expresses the thought that there are more than 1.35 million lighthouses in 206 countries – Lions members who will continue to light the way, and serve as beacons of hope. The key to our success is through service and impactful projects. For more info visit LCI website.

Use the following resources to help your club – and our association – be A Beacon of Hope in 2010-2011:

  • Read about our international theme, A Beacon of Hope. Brochure
  • Send the President an email
