The contest takes place on three levels: In-School contest, Lions Area contest and Lions District Final.
In-School Contest
The initial level of the contest takes place within each participating school. The first and second place students may move on to the Lions “Area” contest.
Lions Area Level
The Lions Area contest is organized by a local Lions Convenor, who will select the contest judges and arrange the venue. At least one speaker from the participating schools advance to the District Final Contest.
District Final Contest
The District Final Contest will be held DATE TBA. The contest will be open to the public. Those qualified for the final round will be notified of the place and time of the contest. The winner will asked to repeat their speech at the Lions Convention DATE/TIME .
