Club History
We received our Charter (007973) on December 16, 1972, sponsored by the Mayne Island Lions Club. Since then we have been involved in many community, regional, national and international projects.
Meetings
We meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month at 7:00 pm.

Mission Statement of Lions Club International
To create and foster a spirit of understanding among all people for humanitarian needs by providing voluntary service through community involvement and international co-operation.
Club Activities
Our club projects and activities include:
- Seafood Feast 3rd Saturday of April
- Fiesta on the Saturday of BC Day weekend in August

We are part of Lions Clubs International in Multiple District 19, which includes clubs in British Columbia, Washington, and Northern Idaho. We are in District "I" which encompasses Vancouver Island BC and Olympic Peninsula WA. We are in Zone 3 which also includes: Central Saanich, Gordon Head, Mayne Island, Pender Island, Salt Spring Island, Saturna Island and Sidney Lions Clubs.
