Club History
We received our Charter (039139) on December 31, 1980, sponsored by the Mount Provost Lions Lions Club. Since then we have been involved in many community, regional, national and international projects.
Meetings
We meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at 7:30 pm. We go into recess for the summer months.

Mission Statement of Lions Club International
To create and foster a spirit of understanding among all people for humanitarian needs by providing voluntary service through community involvement and international co-operation.

Our club projects and activities include:
We are part of Lions Clubs International in Multiple District 19, which includes clubs in British Columbia, Washington, and Northern Idaho. We are in District "I" which encompasses Vancouver Island BC and Olympic Peninsula WA. We are in Zone 4 which also includes: Cedar, Cowichan Lake, Duncan, Ladysmith and Malahat Lions Clubs.
