Club History
We received our Charter (007995) on July 13, 1968, sponsored by the Gold River Lions Club. Since then we have been involved in many community, regional, national and international projects.
Meetings
We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm. We go into recess for the summer months.

Mission Statement of Lions Club International
To create and foster a spirit of understanding among all people for humanitarian needs by providing voluntary service through community involvement and international co-operation.
Club Activities
These are our annual activities that we do year after year plus other events through out the year:
- School Lunch Program
- Great Walk
- Christmas Tree Lighting, Community Christmas Party
- Ham and Turkey Bingo
- Halloween Howl
- Scholarship Bursary
We are part of Lions Clubs International in Multiple District 19, which includes clubs in British Columbia, Washington, and Northern Idaho. We are in District "I" which encompasses Vancouver Island BC and Olympic Peninsula WA. We are in Zone 5 which also includes: Black Creek, Campbell River, Gold River and Willow Point Lions Clubs.
